Our commitment

ABA Consultants has built ReputeAI, a reputation-monitoring service that helps small businesses watch their Google reviews and respond to every one of them. This page explains our policies on the collection, use and disclosure of personal information when you use ReputeAI, and the choices you have about that data.

We use your data only to provide and improve the service. By using ReputeAI, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy.

Information we collect

Business information. Your business name, the email you sign in with, and your Google Business Profile (locations and addresses). We need these to monitor your reviews.

Public reviews. The Google reviews we monitor on your behalf. Reviews are public information published by Google — we don't collect anything you or your customers have marked private.

Usage data. Basic, non-personal data such as browser type, language and device model, used in anonymous, aggregate form to improve compatibility and debug issues.

Payments. Handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use your information

To monitor your Google reviews and keep your review history; to generate the three suggested replies for each review; to send you email alerts; and to operate and improve your dashboard.

Data sharing & third parties

We never sell your data. We access public Google reviews through Google's official Places API, card payments are processed by Stripe (whose own security policies apply to those transactions), and we may disclose information if required by law (for example, on a valid court order).

Storage & security

Your data is stored in a secure, protected environment with industry-standard safeguards. However, no method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure.

Your choices

You can update your business details, pause, or cancel your account at any time. To request deletion of any data we hold about you, contact us and we'll respond promptly.

Children's privacy

ReputeAI is a service for business owners and is not intended for, or directed at, children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance.
